Happy New Year and Welcome to 2019! If you’re like us, the new year means New Year’s resolutions! This year, we think you should add a resolution or two about your pool! Whether it’s using it more regularly or doing a better job at keeping it clean, we’ve got some great ideas for you!
- I will get my water tested at least once a month.
Keeping the pool water clean and healthy is the first step to taking advantage of these gorgeous Gold Coast summer days by the pool. With rain from summer storms, sunscreen, body oils and who knows what else, it simply won’t stay clean by itself.
- I will use the chemicals and treatments my pool specialist recommends.
We don’t recommend products your pool doesn’t need or won’t benefit from. If we recommend a particular product, please don’t leave it sitting in your garden shed to get around to using one day! It won’t do your pool any good sitting in the shed.
- I will regularly vacuum the pool, or get someone else to do it.

If you’re looking for an energy efficient option, an Eco Pump can save you money in the long term, whilst also reducing electricity use, which is great for the environment. They also tend to run quieter and be of better quality than a normal pump.
