One Off Service

This service is great for if you want a one off service to get a professional to look over your pool. This one off service includes a water analysis, emptying of baskets, equipment check, backwash filter and spot vacuum. Our technicians will email our service report and chemicals can be added at an additional cost.

Equipment Inspection

This equipment inspection is not a general equipment inspection. Our technician’s provide a comprehensive report on the condition of your pump, filter, chlorinator and cleaner. They also provide feedback on jets, lights, pool gate, heating, CPR Chart and also include a complimentary water analysis test. This report will be emailed to you along with any quotes or recommendations to keep your pool equipment in perfect working order.

Handover Service

This service is perfect for new pool owners. A technician will go through step by step how to use your pool equipment and also how to look after your new pool. The technician will explain what each chemical does to your pool water and how to treat your pool with chemicals. While onsite they will also conduct a complimentary water analysis test.

Sand Change

It is very important to make sure your sand in your filter is changed every 5 years. Over time, the sand in the filter will become heavy and start to bind together. This causes inefficient filtration and may start to return sand into the pool which is a prime indication that the sand needs changing. Ask our friendly team about signs that your sand needs changing and our alternative media’s to use in your filter.
